Vang-Master will provide technical support by telephone, fax, e-mail or a letter to help diagnose a problem. Vang-Master will, at its option, repair, replace, or give credit for defective products returned to Vang-Master at sender's expense within the

warranty period.

Vang-Master warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory. Any defect discovered after the warranty period has expired will be deemed to be outside the coverage of the warranty.

 

Upon the discovery of a defect or a shortage of an item received in manufacturer's original container, Purchaser shall, within ten (10) days from discovery of the defect or shortage, deliver written notice detailing the basis of the claim to Marine Products Engineering Company, 737 Channel Street, San Pedro, CA  90731. If, after due investigation, the claim is found to be valid by Marine Products Engineering Company, Marine Products Engineering Company may discharge its entire obligations to Purachaser by either repairing or replacing, f.o.b. point of manufacture, the defective product or components thereof and for shortages by furnishing a replacement of the missing quantitiy
